Gluten-free products continue to gain popularity in the market.
Caulipower introduces a new high-protein pizza made with Greek yogurt and cauliflower. This gluten-free supreme pizza packs 42 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber.
The Campbell’s Co. is also jumping on the gluten-free trend with a new variety of Goldfish crackers. The classic cheddar flavor will now be available in a gluten-free option.
“We’ve listened to feedback from families who enjoy Goldfish but have dietary restrictions, and we wanted to ensure that everyone can enjoy our beloved snack together,” said Tiphanie Maronta, senior vice president of Goldfish Crackers.
Khloud, a functional snack brand, is launching protein chips infused with collagen. These gluten-free chips contain 17 grams of protein and 2 grams of hydrolyzed collagen in flavors like sweet heat, nacho, buffalo, and jalapeño.
“Khloud Plus enhances our popular protein chips with collagen for an extra protein boost, still maintaining our commitment to clean ingredients and great taste,” said Khloé Kardashian, co-founder of Khloud.
