Marzetti Co. in Westerville, Ohio, achieved another year of record sales thanks to the success of the Bachan’s Japanese barbecue sauce brand. Additionally, Texas Roadhouse dinner rolls continued to gain traction, despite facing tough year-over-year comparisons.

In the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2026, Marzetti reported a net income of $191.61 million, up 14% from the previous year. This growth was driven by strong performance in the Foodservice segment, which saw a 2.4% increase in sales. Net sales for the year reached $1.93 billion, with the Foodservice segment outperforming Retail sales.

David Ciesinski, CEO of Marzetti Co., highlighted the company’s plans for further growth, particularly with the Bachan’s brand. He mentioned upcoming innovations such as Bachan’s wing sauce and Japanese mayo, which are expected to drive sales in the coming year.

Regarding Texas Roadhouse dinner rolls, Ciesinski expressed satisfaction with the product’s performance and potential for growth. He cited the brand’s household penetration as a key factor in its future success.

The company remains optimistic about the continued success of both the Bachan’s and Texas Roadhouse brands, with a focus on expanding their market presence and driving sales growth.
