Chicago – Mars, Inc. has unveiled a new snack option with the launch of Cheez-It Protein Original. These crackers offer the classic 100% real cheese flavor that Cheez-It is famous for, while also providing 7 grams of protein per serving, according to Mars.
Nicole Sorensen, Vice President of Marketing for Cheez-It, shared her excitement about the new product, stating, “We are constantly seeking innovative ways to enhance the Cheez-It brand. The introduction of Cheez-It Protein provides our loyal fans with an easy way to incorporate protein into their daily snacking routine, all packed into a familiar and beloved cracker. Consumers can expect to find Cheez-It Protein Original in US stores starting in October, priced at $4.49 for a 7.3-oz box.
