General Mills Names Dana McNabb Chief Operating Officer
General Mills has announced the promotion of Dana McNabb to chief operating officer, effective June 1. McNabb, who currently serves as the group president of North America retail, will continue her responsibilities overseeing the company’s North America pet segment. McNabb, who started at General Mills in 1999, has worked across various major businesses within the company, including cereal, snacks, meals, and dairy. This promotion positions her as a potential successor to CEO Jeff Harmening in the future.
