These cookies are easy to make and always stand out on a dessert table. With their bright colors and sweet chocolate centers. They are pretty simple to make, but fun and cheerful.
This recipe originally showed up on the blog in 2018, and I topped them with chocolate eggs for Easter, which you could still absolutely do! Any chocolate candy will make these delicious.
