Major companies like PepsiCo are embracing this trend with acquisitions of better-for-you brands like Siete Foods, offering new lentil and tortilla chip flavors.

The popularity of Asian fusion foods is on the rise, with Nestlé launching new frozen brands focused on Mexican and Asian cuisines.
