Leftovers is our look at a few of the product ideas popping up everywhere. Some are intriguing, some sound amazing and some are the kinds of ideas we would never dream of. We can’t write about everything that we get pitched, so here are some leftovers pulled from our inboxes.

Pepperidge Farm’s Thanksgiving Roll Offering

Campbell Soup Co.’s Pepperidge Farm is getting ready for Thanksgiving with the launch of its Stuffing Seasoned Rolls. These rolls are inspired by the classic side dish and are made with sage and onion flavors to create a delicious bite. According to Ama Auwarter, vice president of bakery marketing at Campbell Snacks, demand for Pepperidge Farm rolls increases in the fall, making it the perfect time to introduce this holiday-themed innovation.

The food and beverage industry is known for launching seasonal items, with companies like Krispy Kreme, Tim Hortons, and Starbucks introducing fall-themed products as early as August. Pepperidge Farm has also been ahead of the game, launching a Christmas-themed Goldfish as early as October in previous years.

The Stuffing Seasoned Rolls will be available for a limited time at retailers this fall, joining the brand’s recent launches of Brioche and Hearty White rolls.
