The Campbell’s Company has appointed Cassandra Green as the new Senior Vice President and Head of Supply Chain, as stated in a press release on November 14. Green previously served as the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Category Leadership at the consumer packaged goods giant.

With Daniel Poland transitioning to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Enterprise Transformation Officer, Green is set to lead Campbell’s supply chain operations. Poland commended Green for her pivotal role in transforming the company’s supply chain and expressed confidence in her ability to drive continued progress.

Reporting directly to Poland, Green will be responsible for overseeing Campbell’s end-to-end supply chain, encompassing manufacturing, procurement, customer logistics, planning, and operational excellence.

Having joined Campbell’s in 2010, Green has steadily advanced through various supply chain leadership roles, gaining experience in planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, and customer service. The company, now known as The Campbell’s Company, has undergone significant changes in 2024, including a restructured production footprint and a strategic investment aimed at enhancing supply chain competitiveness.

Poland, then Chief Supply Chain Officer, emphasized the importance of strengthening the supply chain to support growth and improve manufacturing and distribution network agility and cost-effectiveness.
