How to Make Thai-Inspired Ground Turkey Stir Fry:

  1. Whisk together lime juice, Red Boat Fish Sauce, Sriracha Sauce, soy sauce, and sweetener to make the stir-fry sauce.
  2. Cut the onion and red bell pepper into strips of the same size.
  3. Slice the garlic cloves.
  4. Coarsely chop the basil after preparing the other ingredients.
  5. If you don’t have a wok, use a large heavy frying pan. Heat the pan over high heat for a minute before adding the oil.
  6. Add oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Discard the garlic after seasoning the oil.
  7. Stir-fry the red bell pepper and onion over high heat for 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
  8. If needed, add another teaspoon of oil, then add the ground turkey and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  9. Cook the turkey until any liquid evaporates and it begins to brown slightly.
  10. Return the peppers to the wok with the cooked turkey and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  11. Add the chopped basil and cook for 1 minute.
  12. Add the sauce and cook until absorbed by the meat, heating the entire dish for about 2 minutes.
  13. Serve hot and enjoy!
