This quick and easy recipe for Greek Salmon with Tzatziki Sauce is my top pick for Friday Favorites this week. This recipe combines the flavors of salmon with Greek seasonings to create a delicious dinner idea that is low in carbs and high in protein. It’s a perfect choice for a special yet time-efficient dinner option that you’ll want to make over and over again.

During cucumber season, homemade Tzatziki Sauce is a perfect accompaniment to this Greek Salmon recipe! (Pronounced tsah-see-key) If you prefer not to make Tzatziki from scratch, there are many good store-bought options available.

Alternatively, as I did for this recipe, you can inquire about purchasing Tzatziki from your favorite Greek or Greek-American restaurant! (My preferred Greek eatery sold me a generous portion of Tzatziki for $2.00, which was a great time-saver and a bargain.)

How to cook Greek Salmon without an Air Fryer:

While I adore Air Fryer Salmon, that’s the method I used for the salmon shown here. However, if you don’t have an Air Fryer, simply follow the instructions in this recipe for preparing the salmon in the oven. Alternatively, use the instructions in this recipe to cook the salmon using a Stovetop Grill Pan.

Which Air Fryer did I use to cook the Greek Salmon?

I became a big fan of the Cuisinart Convection Air Fryer Toaster Oven after discovering it (affiliate link), which is what I utilized for this recipe. This air fryer model has a larger basket that allows me to fit four salmon pieces, and I find it extremely user-friendly. I also appreciate the convenience of having a counter-top air fryer. (You can check out my Air Fryer Recipes for more Air Fryer recipe options on my site.)
