Tastewise’s research forecasts that the prominent spice trends in 2025 will revolve around black lime and Hawaij. Hawaij, a Yemeni spice blend containing ginger, cardamom, turmeric, black pepper, cloves, fenugreek, cinnamon, and nutmeg, offers a rich earthy flavor similar to pumpkin spice but with less sweetness.
