Air Fryer Pork Chops is a recipe I decided to try after Kara and I loved using the Air Fryer to make perfect and easy Pork Loin Roast. And we were happy to discover air frying was also an easy way to make pork chops that were definitely a wow!
I divided the leftovers up with Kara like I always do when we cook together. And then I ended up eating my leftover pork chop cold from the fridge the next morning, so you know it was really tasty! And making pork chops in the Air Fryer couldn’t be easier. If your family likes pork I hope you’ll try this soon for an easy dinner.

What pork chops did we use for this recipe?
You want to use thick bone-in pork chops for this recipe for best results, and we used pork chops that were more than an inch thick. Thin pork chops will dry out in the Air Fryer.
How low in carbs are the Air Fryer Pork Chops?
The tasty pork chops cooked in the Air Fryer have only 1 net carb per serving and 37 grams of protein!
What added flavor to the Air Fryer Pork Chops Recipe?
I mixed up a rub that included Penzey’s Pork Chop Seasoning (a product I’ve loved for years), sweet paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried sage, and those ingredients really added flavor to the pork chops. If you don’t have the Penzey’s Pork Chops Seasoning, use any rub that’s good on pork. (And Penzey’s isn’t paying me to promote their product and I bought it myself, in case anyone is wondering!)
How can you tell when Pork Chops are done in the air fryer?
You might have to experiment with the exact cooking time for your Air Fryer model. The best way to tell when they’re done is to use an Instant Read Meat Thermometer (affiliate link) to cook the pork chops just until they reached 145F/65C. But overall, this recipe is simple and pretty foolproof!
How low in carbs are these Air Fryer Pork Chops?
These delicious pork chops with the perfect seasonings only have 1 net carb per pork chop!
Which Air Fryer Did I Use?
I became a big Air Fryer fan after I discovered the Cuisinart Convection Air Fryer Toaster Oven (affiliate link) which is what I used for this pork chops recipe. This air fryer has a larger basket, which lets me fit four big pork chops, and I find this model very easy to use. I also like the convenience of having an air fryer that stays out on the counter.
