Japanese instant ramen giant Nissin Foods is celebrating Thanksgiving with a unique twist – Thanksgiving-inspired Cup Noodles!
Cup Noodles is unveiling two limited-edition flavors that capture the essence of the holiday. The Turkey Dinner flavor features herb-seasoned turkey broth with sweet corn, cranberries, green beans, and noodles. Meanwhile, the Pumpkin Pie flavor combines pumpkin essence with caramelized brown sugar and pie spices.
“With Cup Noodles Turkey Dinner and Pumpkin Pie, we’re bringing the complete Thanksgiving experience – from main course to dessert – in a convenient, slurpable format that our fans love,” said Priscila Stanton, senior vice president of marketing at Nissin Foods USA.
These exclusive flavors are only available at Walmart and join a lineup of unique limited-time releases from Cup Noodles, including dill pickle ramen and Campfire S’mores flavor.
Food companies are increasingly experimenting with bold and unconventional flavors in limited-time products to attract attention on social media and entice younger consumers to try their products. Progresso introduced a candy soup, while Crystal Farms launched dill pickle shredded cheese.

Ore-Ida’s CrouTots Add Crunch to Salads
Ore-Ida, a brand under Kraft Heinz, is elevating the salad experience with a new product – CrouTots, a crunchy potato topping designed to be sprinkled over salads. Inspired by the trend of adding Tater Tots to salads, Ore-Ida is taking it a step further with CrouTots.
“When we noticed fans swapping croutons for Tater Tots on social media, we knew we had to make it official,” said Casey Turro, director of marketing for Ore-Ida. “With CrouTots, we are giving salads a delicious potato crunch that only Ore-Ida can deliver.”
This limited-time offering is now available exclusively through Gopuff in select cities, including New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, and Pittsburgh.

Haribo Introduces Sour Soda Gummies
Haribo, known for its popular gummy candies, is expanding its soda candy range with a new lineup of sour gummies. The candy maker is launching three new soda-shaped gummies with a soft center and a slightly crunchy coating in Cherry-Cola, Lemon-Strawberry, and Peach-Blue Raspberry flavors.
“HARIBO Sour Sodas give fans the bold sour flavors they crave in exciting combinations that make every bite a delightful experience,” said Abigail Bennie, director of brand management at Haribo.
These sour soda candies will debut for Halloween in Houston, known as the “Sourest City,” before rolling out to major retailers in November. Gummy candy, especially sour varieties, is expected to be a top treat this Halloween season and beyond, with the sour candy market projected to reach $2.7 billion by 2030.
