How To Make S’mores Krispie Treats
- In a large microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine jumbo marshmallows and butter. Heat for 60 seconds, stir until melted and smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Stir in the cereal until coated.
- Combine mini marshmallows and chocolate chips, mix well.
- Press into a 13×9 inch baking dish and top with broken Hershey pieces. Let set for a couple of hours before slicing.

Recipe Tips & Tricks
- You can use any type of chocolate for this recipe. I recommend semi-sweet chocolate chips for their sweetness, but feel free to use milk or dark chocolate if you prefer.
- Allow the treats to set for about 2 hours before slicing them into bars.
- Add the mini marshmallows after coating the cereal to prevent them from melting completely and maintaining their shape in the bars.
- If you prefer denser bars, crush half of the cereal to achieve a more compact texture.

Storage
To store the bars, cover them or transfer them to an airtight container and let them set at room temperature for 3-4 days. Avoid refrigerating or freezing them as this can alter the texture and dry them out.
