A delicious cooking idea from my friend Jeanne inspired this Sriracha Beef Cabbage Bowl recipe, a dish I’ve enjoyed ever since. Combining the meat from Sriracha Beef Lettuce Wraps with Spicy Mexican Slaw created this flavorful low-carb recipe. The coolness of the cabbage slaw complements the spiciness of the Sriracha beef perfectly; I hope you love it as much as I do!

To make this recipe even quicker, I recommend using a pre-packaged coleslaw mix for the cabbage, making it a simple and convenient option for a tasty meal.

  • 1 14 oz. pkg. fresh coleslaw mix

Additional Notes:

Adjust the Sriracha amount to control spiciness. Leftover beef mixture can be refrigerated and reheated. For low-carb and South Beach Diet, use a coleslaw mix without carrots or cut your own cabbage.
